Return, Exchange & Cancellation Policy

DISCLAIMER

If your package arrives with signs of open or damage, please refuse to accept the delivery. If customer accept the package in that condition, Imperial Safa House will not be liable to pay any claim or exchange the product.

If shipping arranged by customer himself/herself then whole responsibility will be of transporter and customer, Imperial Safa House will not be responsible of loss and damage occur in transit.

REFUND POLICY
If you received any damaged and faulty product and want a refund, Please contact us at shivrajsingh2509@gmail.com with your order no. If your return is accepted, Customer has to return product using any nearby courier service to our address which is mentioned in the last section of this page. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted. Imperial Safa House will be liable to pay only product value not shipping cost. Imperial Safa House will not arrange a pickup In Case of Return the product due to any reason.

Eligibility
1. To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

2. We have a 2 day return policy, which means you have 2 days after receiving your item to request a return.

Refund Amount and Time Period
Refund amount will be deposited in bank account via Netbanking, UPI within 24-48 hours of receiving the products back at our warehouse, if return accepted.

EXCHANGE POLICY
Once the Imperial Safa House item is sold, the product can only be exchanged for replacement in a upper or same price value product. Please contact us at shivrajsingh2509@gmail.com with your order no. If your exchange is accepted, Customer has to return product using any nearby courier service to our address which is mentioned in the last section of the page. Items sent back to us without first requesting an exchange will not be accepted. Imperial Safa House will not arrange a
pickup In Case of exchange the product due to any reason.

Shipping Charges (in Case of Exchange)

Exchange item’s shipping charges paid by customer for returning product, and getting new one. We do not give free shipping for exchanged product.

Conditions for Exchange

  1. Exchange can be done within 2 days for the date of delivery.
  2. Only products which are unused, unworn, unwashed, undamaged, with all its labels and tags completely intact, in original packaging and eligible for exchange.
  3. Please mention your name, address, number, email and order id on the parcel along with the size needed.
  4. Exchange is allowed once per order.
  5. All the sale, discounted, brought with a coupon and gift voucher purchases are non-returnable, non-refundable & non exchangeable.
  6. Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email or Whatsapp to notify you that we have received your returned item.
  7. New Product will be sent after receiving exchanged product in our warehouse and inspection (Dispatch time depends on type of product).

DAMAGED PRODUCTS
Please inspect your order upon delivery and contact us with your order no. immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. We will need clear photos and video evidences for accepting any damage. We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the damage was approved or not.

NOT ELIGIBLE FOR RETURN, EXCHANGE & CANCELLATION
We do not consider order for return, exchange & cancellation –

  1. All Cotton fabrics (Cut pieces and Lumps) can be received as shorter in length because during printing and finishing process we have to put starching (kalaf) and silicate in whole fabric to make stiffness equally and remove wrinkles. During this whole process shrinkage may occurs (normally understood) in all types of cotton fabrics due to its natural property. It’s standard and mandatory process of printing and finishing of cotton fabrics. To increase the length again you can dip the fabric in water and stretch all corners outwards so that fabric length can be increased to it’s original size.
  2. If the fabric doesn’t suit you.
  3. If you don’t like fabric texture (fabric looking rough, fabric looking old, etc.). We use to deal in same fabric only but it looks slightly different from photos due to variety of printing process and screen resolution of your device.
  4. For any small issue like tassels pulled, (as that might happen during transit of the product. You can easily fix it) and Minor printing variation (like little roughness in print, less shining, uneven prints) it’s beauty of handmade item. It comes with little uneven and look traditionally hand crafted and printed.
  5. Colour Variations as 10-15% colour difference depends on the screen resolution and lights. Also We sell only screen printed and hand printed product and at the time of processing color variations can be possible because of printing and finishing process and it totally depends on the nature and human craftsmanship. So 10%-15% color variation can be possible in all products, that cannot be consider like a different product.
  6. No exchanges or refunds will be made against fabrics which have been altered and used by the customer.
  7. When the customer didn’t like the material or colour of the fabric. From our part, we use the best quality material. So, we would suggest reading the product description & having a look at all the pictures before placing the order.
  8. Return not accepted if you do not like the product colour and material, to avoid these types of issues kindly have a look at the product pictures and read the product description properly before ordering. If you need to know more details regarding the products then contact us.
  9. Certain types of items cannot be returned and cancel like customize, personalized and MAKE-TO-ORDER products.

CANCELLATION POLICY
Cancellation can be done within 24 hours only after the order placed. We are committed to make your shopping experience as fuss-free and enjoyable as much as possible! Please read through the following terms & conditions prior to making a purchase.

Any customized item order and MAKE-TO-ORDER items cannot be cancelled at any stage of manufacturing and dyeing process.
