Cancellation by Us
After placing the order you will receive an acknowledgment over email / SMS/ Whatsapp from our end. We reserve the right to cancel any order with us without any prior notice to the customer. Generally, the orders are cancelled from our end in case : –

(b) You may not have provided us with the correct address.
(c) There may be some payment or transport-related issues.

As we deal in handcrafted, semi handcrafted and Handloom products so there are chances of some minor variation in fabric, colour and printing style. Since most of our products are handcrafted, semi handcrafted and hand-weave we do not guarantee each product to have a similar pattern or to have a machine-like finish.
Cancellation by You
The order of regular and stock ready products can be cancelled within 24 hours of placing it. One must call us with the contact number provided on our website and intimate us with the order number along with the name and address details to get your order cancelled. Once the cancellation is confirmed, the amount debited for the order will be refunded within 7 working days of cancellation.
