We pack your items in an high strength un-tearable box and polybag. This ensures complete safeguards the quality and packaging of your order. Packaging charges will be included in Shipping Charges!
We offer a pan-India and Overseas ‘7-20 Days Delivery’ guarantee on most products. The products ordered will be at your doorstep within 7-20 business days (Monday to Friday), after your full payment having been remitted in our company account. For orders which are placed using Credit Card/Net Banking Payment Option and are under verification, the dispatch time is applicable post the full payment has been verified.
Extra charges shall be applicable on all international orders.
All the taxes and duties for international orders will be borne by the customers.
We can process only one shipping address per order, hence if you would like to ship products to multiple addresses then you are required to place separate orders.
For products that require separate shipping charges, shall be indicated in the product detail page and while the order is being placed.
International order takes up to 10 – 20 working days to be delivered.
Customs once applied shall be borne by the customer whatsoever. For return of an international order, the amount of the customs applied will be deducted from the total refundable amount.

In the case of cities dealing with law and order situations, Acts god, delivery of couriers might get temporarily affected.
This guarantee is not applicable for products on backorder status.
We shall be sending the tracking no. of the courier so that you can track the delivery yourself also.
